In order to be able to deliver an excellent service level we ensure that our staff selection process thoroughly screens potential employees. Once selected all employees receive regular training and encouragement to enhance their security skills and knowledge. Our Managing Director and his senior team carry out regular site inspections to ensure that our security personnel are working effectively for our clients at all times.
