Capricorn Security was formed in 1993 and offers first class security services to the TV and Film making industries. As one of the most established security companies in Manchester we work with a variety of production companies - both big and small - and have long established working relationships with ITV, BBC, Red Production Company, Company Pictures, Shed Productions, Lime Pictures, Hat Trick, Shine, Tightrope Pictures and many others.
We specialize in the security guarding of studios, both permanent and temporary, as well as location security covering the north west region. We also offer close protection services to the media industry.
We pride ourselves on our service and company history and have worked on a variety of TV productions such as Shameless, Waterloo Road and Wayne Rooney Street Striker. We have also worked with Coronation Street for the past decade.
