About the Business
Richard launched Cava Guard Group ten years ago after a successful career with ADT. He has a wealth of Industry and Business Experience. Prior to leaving ADT he was a High Security Technical Training Officer responsible for 1500 engineers throughout the UK and Ireland, his final position being Sales Manager for the Birmingham Branch.
Mal has been with Cava from its concept in 2002. He has been an integral part of its service development and helped build it into the success that it is today. Mal has been the Chair of the BME IAG for West Mercia Police since 2009 and is a valued member of the team.
